    I am writing to formally file a grievance regarding my visit to Kremer eye center, ***************, ** on April 23rd, 2025. The experience was extremely unsatisfactory both in terms of service and transparency regarding billing. Upon arriving at the office the check in experience was Ok experience, not great. I specifically asked what the charges for the visit would be I was told there would be no charge. I asked multiple times to confirm this and each time i was reassured that there would be zero cost. However, I have since received a bill for $315.17, which i find unacceptable given both the misinformation and the poor quality of service i received. The appointment itself was very brief and did not meet the standard of care i expected especially for a glaucoma test which typically requires a clear roadmap, explanation, and follow up plan. None of that was provided. The entire visit felt rushed and i left without the clarity from a medical professional.Check-out experience was quite disorganized. I did not receive an office visit report and when i inquired about it, the front desk staff member responded loudly ad appeared confused, repeatedly going back and forth to clarify what my request was. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. I left multiple messages for the ****************** to do the full investigation into this incident and a review of $315.17 charge, which i believed should not be my responsibility given the circumstances. till date not received any call back. I reached out to my ****************** they tried to reach out to Kremer, no response yet, In addition to this I have representative from support group like wellthy and health advisor reached out to Kremer and have not heard back.
