    I got my truck front two windows tinted Wednesday, March 29, the following day I was looking at my tint closer and observed multiple pieces of debris, dirt and hair in between the tint and the window. I proceeded to take pictures and send them to Jonathan member of “the jm wraps team” he told me if I brought my truck back down, he can redo the window tinting. I declined and asked for a refund and for the tint to be removed. He continued to tell me that a refund was not an option and that I need to bring my truck back down for them to redo it. Friday, march 31 I brought my truck down at 1 o’clock when there I showed them all the imperfections with the tinting and again ask for the tint to be removed in for a refund. The first words Johnson said to me were “ honestly, you don’t seem like the person that can be pleased so we’re going to give you a refund.your lucky we’re doing this, because no other garage would”. I explained that I could be pleased when the job is done right the first time. Jonathan continued to raise his voice with me and get loud multiple times. I had to tell him to calm down and asked why he was being loud with me. When removing the window tint from my window, it was ripped off. Glue was left behind and pieces of tint as well on my windows. After everything was done and over with I shook his hand; I thanked Jonathan. Then I was sent out a text confirming my refund was in process and will hit my account in a few days. Thursday, April 6 i then messaged Jonathan about why my money has not arrived in my account. He told me he made an error on his part, and did not close out the registers On Friday, March 31. If that’s the case, why did I receive a text message saying my refund was in process when I left his garage on March 31?? to me it seems like they didn’t expect me to check my account to see if my money hit or they are just playing with my money because I asked them for a refund and they are mad about that. It’s April 12 and still no refund

    Mr.***** did receive his refund back on his debit/credit card. This was a big misunderstanding.

    On march 23rd 2022 I had my car windows tinted by JM Wraps for $180 (reasonable price) to only see a few days later how bad of a job they did. After complaining they threatened to rip my tint off my car and that’s when I got in my car and drove off so I didn’t take the $180 loss. But recently I decided to give them another chance and have them tint my girlfriend car. As we were half way there to get her car done they called me and said they weren’t doing it because they didn’t feel like it. They promised me they would refund me my deposit I put down. Instead of refunding me me $50 deposit they ended up charging me $100 extra so now I’m sitting out $150 because of them. I do not feel safe going back to this business as they are extremely rude to customers.
