    I had my step son place an order online at Pizza Hut in ******** for delivery. He used my bank card. He is paralyzed and is in a long term facility. We had use them before with no problem. On February 14 2025 was ordered online. The people at Pizza Hut changed the online or to pick up. There is no way my step son can pick up the pizza.He told his mother,my wife the pizza is taking to long to get to him. My wife called pizza Hut and ask why it was taking so long. They said they did not have a delivery driver. The driver called off. My wife said then who is coming to deliver the pizza to my son. They said no one. My wife asked for a refund. The person on the phone said no no no no no. We do not give refunds once the pizza has been made. The manager was very rude. My wife ended the call. They know they had no driver they should have cancelled the order. We never got the pizza or a refund. I still got charged for something we never got. My wife filled out a complaint form at the corporate pizza Hut. And they never got back to my wife.I went to the bank to dispute it. But all they can do is send them a notice and they have 60 days to reply to it. I tried multiple times calling them to resolve this matter. And all I got was excuses and the run around. I looked up the reviews and they are horrible. This is not the only time they did this to people. They took my money and got nothing for it. Cost was. $21.19
