    The driveway was completed in June 2024. It was done with my then neighbor, **** ***** at **************************** The asphalt driveway is beautiful with no faults. The only thing that needs repair is the concrete apron on the left side. It is cracking and crumbling apart. I have contacted the business well over five times since this happened. The employee who put in the driveway, **** **** moved back to *******. This business will no longer take my calls and refuses to come and fix it. I need this fixed or be refunded the $3,750 I paid in good faith that they would stand by their word.

    On October 24th of 2023 I hired "Advanced ************************************************ to mill and pave my driveway at **************************************** the same day as my neighbor across the street at *******************************************************. We both have issues with the work but mine is breaking apart in a large area off of my 2-car garage. I noticed it looking bad in March 2024 it seemed to have loose gravel, so much so that you couldn't walk on it with bare feet. The area that is really bad is approx. 24 feet by 20' feet but there are areas throughout that have small spots that are similar. My driveway is 150 feet long flag shaped.I contacted **** ******* ** early April and on April 27th **** *** his father came to look at it and said not to scuff my feet on it and make it worse and that he would be in touch to remedy it with a sealer. It's been 2 months since that day, and I have not heard from either ** or **. I called **** ** on June 18th, 2024, and left a message asking when they intended to come and fix it and called again the next two days without a reply. I then called **** ******* *** today, June 22nd and left him a message letting him know the driveway is getting worse by the week and that I conferred with other professionals in this business who agree that seal coating this problem is a band aid on a bullet would. I asked him to please call me and have a conversation about it, but it is obvious he has no plans on doing so after 2 months of crickets. Today I backed my car out and as I turned the wheel pulling forward, the tires were digging into the driveway and you can see the tire thread in the driveway, yet another spot with loose material. I can upload pictures at your request along with a video. I just need to send them from my phone to email and save on my pc.

    I spoke with them about sealing my concrete roof on my garage.We signed a quote sheet, and then 2 days later unannounced they show and start on the work. I was not prepared and had no idea. It's a lot of $$$$ and will take some time to cover it.A week or two later, the work is done and it looks good. I paid the bill...BUT...Within a couple of months, the roof began peeling and water continued to leak through my concrete roof.It took MULTIPLE telephone calls, texts, and 2-3 months before one of them finally came over and slopped some tar/sealer on the seams, but nothing more.AGAIN a little over a year later, and the roof continues to leak. AGAIN I'm having a hard time contacting a group who's motto is to DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.Feel like this company is nothing but a rip-off with lousy service and poor quality work.

    Hello and thank you for replying.

    After NUMEROUS texts, emails, and phone calls I received (1) text saying this exactly:  "Hey ******, I will contact the office here in the morning get **** to stop by take a look and see what the issue is that shouldn't be leaking and I'm sorry to hear that it's leaking so give me by the end of the week I'll have it fixed and I'll contact you there tomorrow on a game plan"   This message was sent to me was on May 5th.  I have heard nothing since.

    This project has been fixed. Originally it was a driveway roof sealing. We tried to reseal it several times, it wasnt working. We then repaved it, free of charge. The fact that the sealing wasnt working wasnt any fault of ours & we more than fixed the situation by providing an expensive repaving, free of charge.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    BUT...the business left out important details:

    1. I had to call/email/text them MANY MANY TIMES in order to get any response.  This has taken MONTHS to resolve.

    2. Business only responded because you contacted them with my complaint and I was considering legal action.

    3. I contracted them to do the job of sealing my roof...they did not do that.  They are the experts, how am I supposed to know what is needed to seal my roof?  I trusted them to do the job and do it right.

    4. $12,000 I paid for this work on a 40' x 20' area.

    5.  I will give them credit, it does look like HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO now.  I don't know why they didn't do this first.

    6. They did not contact me in any way about this recent work.  I came home from being away and found it done.  No phone call, text, or email.
