    My mother, ******************************, subscribed with Medical Alarm Concepts on March 22, 2024, for a year's monitoring of her medical alarm pendant. My mother passed away June 14, 2024, and I have attempted to call every phone number available, leaving several messages for a call back. Some voice mail boxes were "full" and I was unable to leave a message. Their website is not accessible, as it appears "not found." I simply want to cancel her service, as of her date of death, receive a pro rata reimbursement and return the equipment.

    I have been using Wearable Health Solutions for last 5 years for their med alarm for my Mom and Father. Account number was ********. My Mom passed away and we had my father go into Assited Living so I did not need the med alarms anymore. This was 2 months prior to needing to renew for the year. (yearly cost is $323.40).I called and explained that i would not need the devices anymore and they directly me to mail in the devices and they will eliminate the account including a credit for the two months.What they did is never gave me a credit and two months later billed my credit card another $323.40. I have since called a dozen times explaining the situation and i was told a credit will be coming. I am asking for the $323.40 credit not the two months.

    Services was cancelled and equipment returned, but was still billed. In addition, the charge was made to an **************** card they had on file that had expired in 2/21.Many attempts have been made to the merchant to ask to rectifier this problem, but they have been none responsive.
