    In July 2023, we contacted Generac Generators, for a recommendation for an authorized dealer in the Bucks County area. We were referred to Aria Properties. We contacted the dealer and they came out to the house and gave us a price for generator and installation. We agreed on the price and signed a contract along with applying for financing through *************** We were told the project would be complete in 2 weeks after delivery of the generator. The generator was delivered after several weeks (October 6th). A plumber contractor came out to survey his part of the job. In addition, an electrical contractor also came out. We were then told there was a problem with one of the contractors and they had to find another one. Next, when a contractor was found, they had to apply for the permits with Warminster township. Then there was a problem with the contractor and the people who issue the permits. The We were told the township was way behind schedule in issuing all the permits. This has been going on for six months. We are senior citizens and have thousands of dollars in medication that needs to be kept cold. This was one of our primary reasons in getting the generator. Its been impossible to contact the agent. His voicemail is either full or no response or it takes days for him to email with no satisfaction. The latest issue was that we were told to contact PECO regarding the size our meter. **** responded that we need to pay $7,000 to upgrade the meter and the line to the street. This was never explained to us when the agent came to the house. We are not in a Position to put out anymore money. We were never given a copy of our contract or bill of sale. We were toldhe would email them to us. Despite several requests, we have not gotten them. As senior citizens we feel as though we have been victimized. We spoke with Synchrony on 1/23/24 and filed a complaint.

    On 12/6/23, I signed a contract with Aria Properties (***********************) for installation of a generator and the quote signed included the cost to the propane company. The generator was delivered to my house with no communication on when it was being delivered. In the contract, it states the permits would be handled by the contractors (that *********************). Generator was seated at my house and propane tanks were installed. Permits were required but not obtained. When I sent emails to ***** regarding the permits, He stated the contractors were responsible. I have had no contact with the contractors he hired. I do not have their contact information. It has been 5 weeks and the generators have not been connected to my house and ***** is not responding to emails. ***** has received payment for all of the above. I financed it and I am now paying on the generator but cannot use it.

    The job is complete, however it took over 3 months to have it completed. I had to contact ******* and the ***************** just to get him to get the job done. He received full payment from the financing company because he told them the job was complete in December 2023 which was a lie. I immediately starting getting bills which should not have happened until the job was complete. He also consistently made false accusations against me, stating that I repeatedly called people that I never contacted and also called me for more money after the job was complete. When I refused to give him any more money, he then threatened to reverse payment made to my propane company for their work of running the lines (which was included in the amount financed). He also included in the total amount of the financing the amount to fill the propane tanks and the yearly monitoring fee. He never paid for those things and then claimed he did not include that in the loan, however I sent his email back to him that states the quote did in fact include the filling of the tanks and the yearly monitoring fee. He then accused me of harassing his colleague and posting pictures of their deceased relatives. I never spoke to anyone in his office but him, so I am not sure how I could do what he accused me of. 

    I would NOT recommend this company for anything. There are multiple liens against him as well as cases filed against him in the courts. I also found other comments that he did the same thing to other people - dragging his feet to get the work done.  I have NUMEROUS emails to back up what I stated above. I included the 2 latest emails with him.
