    Cannabis Dispensary - Signed with Quickcard for payment solutions - they advertised compliance and ability to take Mastercard and Discover.Asked if this solution would be at risk of being shutdown prior to contract. Paid $750 for terminals to begin service.Advertised compliant systems knowing very well they were not compliant. Promised $.25 back per transaction with agent. Once signed, did not honor agreement. Advertised Discover to be acceptable. Never was. Advertised Mastercard was acceptable. Shutdown. Customers were double charged for purchases. Customers challenged the double charges and had charge backs on the vendor.Double charges impacted customers with overdraw fees. Gave a *********** email on 2/29 to its customers notifying them of a complete shutdown on 3/1. Terminals did not work on 2/29/24 at 5pm Mountain time. Was charged monthly fees on 3/1 as we are unable to use their service. Agents never reached out to inform clients of full shutdown.Heavily impacts business revenue. Unable to get ahold of ***/*****/ any agent. No willingness to correct mistakes.Hoping clients will cancel to avoid paybacks. Funds are now being withheld during cancellation process. Feel huge unethical practices were taken place and taking advantage of an Industry that has large issues with payment processors.
