    Vitucci Landscaping claimed to do work at my property ************************************************************ On 3 different dates. June 24, July 22 & August 5 at the request of my father ** ******** who lives at the residence. I have been doing his bills for the last 3 years & never had a bill from this company. There was never a contract for work to be done. ** had surgery on June 18th and was in the **************** until mid August. During this time my husband did the yard work & also worked on projects around the house. There was no yard work to be done during this period. But yet they claim to have done weed whacking at my fathers request. I believe they were taking advantage of my father & charging him for work that did not need to be done. And as I have stated I never had a bill from this company before this.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    My dispute is not that my father had asked them to do some weed whacking around the house. My dispute is that the company did work on the three dates stated in my complaint. As for them saying my father did not want an invoice because he did not want me to know that he was dissatisfied with my husbands work is a complete lie. My husband never did any work in the yard until my father went into the hospital. My father loved cutting his own lawn. We started taking care of the yard when he had surgery and was in the hospital & rehab until August. Since we were doing the lawn, weed whacking & and fixing planters in front of the house & driveway, my statement is that there was no work for this company to do on these dates. That is why I feel they are taking advantage on an older gentleman. They have not heard from my father since because he is now living in an assisted living facility. Again the house is not in his name and I never requested service.
