    *The date of work stated November 7, 2024 *The amount for the completed project was $3,890.00 this was the cost after much negotiating the original amount that was charged for this service was over $4,000.00 * The project consist of a new tub installation, with wall tile, as well as a new sink and installation of a storm door, this work was supposed to take 1-2 days agreed.*Mr. ****** ********** sent 2 workers, with the help of a third, to the tub, tile and sink they had plumbing issues and had to call a plumber. This cost an additional $350. I was unable to shower and use my bathroom for 4 days, and i am pregnant. Upon completion i informed Mr ********** that there was a huge gap between the sink and the wall, he did not fix it. I had to hire someone else to fix that. The door that ************************ installed is not leveled properly and the k*** falls off which causes me to get locked out of my home, one time i was locked out for 45mins. I reached out to Mr. ********** to inform him about the door and the handle, and his reply was " why did i not reach out sooner and if the k*** is broken the best option is to buy a new one, because he did not think that it could be repaired. They installed a brand new door that came with a brand new door k*** At this point i became frustrated and i stopped communicating with Mr. *********** mr. ********** did not come to inspect his employees work after completion. I had to spend extra money to fix a leak that came from the sink that Mr. ************ employees installed, this cost me $700.00. Mr. ********** stated at one time that he would send someone to fix the problems but they never arrived. I am carrying my first ***** this ordeal with Priority Home Improvements LLC, has caused frustration, and financial issues. I used money that was supposed to help with the comforts of bringing a ***** into this world, and instead I had to spend extra money fixing a problem from a so-called-professional! Please help me.
