    They have our money ,they did try to schedule twice . We had a funeral the first scheduled date and the second we were not in town.We gave many other dates, and many phones calls ,text messages and emails and no reponses and they have had our money since April of 2023

    We have tried to schedule this job repeatedly but the dates never work with the customer.  When the Customer would email us dates available they were within a few days of email and we would be unable to accommodate their request.  Prior to the initial date of scheduling we emailed to request clarification of job, i.e. we need to know which option they wanted to have completed.  This email was sent on several dates over the summer. We have also communicated that without a signed proposal clarifying the correct option, we would have to terminate the job. A refund check was sent on September 1, 2023, this was obviously not received.  We can either issue another refund check or schedule the job in November or December to be completed, weather dependent. If they would like the job to be completed, please mail us a signed proposal clarifying the option.
