    I was referred to Duncan Financial and when I went there, I was told that they would be able to assist me with my tax situation and that it would go pretty quick. It was going to be a lot cheaper than other avenues I had looked into. Well, after doing all the work of tracking all the things they wanted down, I dropped them off and was told they will be in touch. After a week I called because I was never contacted and had to leave a message. I was given no call back, so I kept calling and for 2 months, I was never called back. I then sent an email to the person who said he can help me with my situation and called again. Finally after 16+ phone calls and an email, I finally got a call back and was told they cannot help me because it will be too long of a process. The only thing I got out of this was them actually filing an extension for me and having to pay thousands of dollars because of their lies and poor business decisions. ******************* started off being respectful (just to get peoples money) but then turned into someone you never want to do business with. To me, that hire was a very poor business decision.
