    Co-owner and bookkeeper denied receiving a cancellation email and charged my elderly parents who had moved out of their house three months of extra service. Was extremely rude and lectured me about how I should have followed up on the cancellation. I will leave it to reader's of this review to decide if I should have followed up.

    Horrible service. Skipped our pickup many times in a row, each time giving a phony excuse. Id call and theyd say the trash wasnt out. That was a lie. We put it out the night before. Another time they claimed their navigation system sent them to a different address. Not true 3rd time the same thing. Each time I was told theyd pick up 2 cans the following week. Its hot weather. Hate leaving a can at the street for a week, we are thinking they may be trying to put us on an every other week schedule. We paid for once a week pickup in advance. Horrible horrible service.
