I am writing to formally register a serious complaint against Rt Machine due to a series of deeply concerning issues 1. False Advertisement of Vacuum Features:Rt Machine's website featured false information regarding the vacuum features of the machine I purchased. The product's actual capabilities did not align with the advertised specifications, resulting in a significant discrepancy.2. Misleading Information from Salesperson:The salesperson provided inaccurate information on mission critical machine features and by assuring me that any features needed could be added to the machine. This misinformation led me to make a purchase that ultimately does not meet my intended purpose, as there are only select features that can be added.3. Lack of Communication and Customer Support:Despite daily attempts, the salesperson has consistently failed to respond to my phone calls and emails. The complete lack of communication and unavailability of customer support have left me without any recourse for resolving the issues I am experiencing with the purchased machine.4. Product Quality and Denial of Defect Claims:The quality of the machine falls significantly short of the claims made in the advertisement. Despite reporting major defects immediately, they denied these defects. Only after further inspection by a 3rd party did they acknowledge the existence of major design flaws. The flaws in the machine design have caused financial injury and major performance shortfalls. had I known about the defective nature of the product I would not have paid premium rates or would have purchased a safer and defect-free alternative product.I urgently request your intervention in investigating these matters and facilitating a resolution between myself and Rt Machine. Still have not received any communication privately or through BBB?
I was notified of a recent website update to RT Machine and thought they were correcting the false advertisement of products on their website.
However, much to my surprise they put the false advertisement back online. They also added additional false information to the advertisement.
Please see attached photo of machine posting.
As of January, RT Machine and their partner ***************** are no longer responding to service/techincal support.

Hi ****,
As for the desired outcome. I would like RT Machine to provide the necessary hardware upgrade to allow me to use the functions of this machine as was discussed during the sale of the machine in 2023.
According to CRONSRUD (manufacture) the machine I was sold does not even have the capabilities to use this feature and would need a console controller and a technician to come and install it.
Additionally, this business STILL advertising false information. I had brought it to the attention of the business the very first day that this machine arrived. They do not care. They are happy to sell standard machines at premium prices.
How can that be!? They have been aware of the false advertisement for 6 months and have not done anything about it.....
I would like for those advertisements to be corrected so that I am the last person that they scam.Business Response
