    I filed taxes on behalf of my mother and deceased father for 2021. Had an extension filed by Susan does taxes because there were only 3 weeks left before filing deadline(which was great that she did). Went in and signed forms for them to be e-filed. After no money due to IRS was taken from the account I started calling, emails to address the issue. No response after calls, emails and texts. Had to create an ID with IRS to find out that taxes were never filed. So had to go myself, copy and mail forms along with payment. Have now received a bill from IRS that extra money is owed due to penalties and interest. Again have called and emailed with again no response. Absolutely DO NOT recommend and will never use again. I can only hope I get reimbursed the money that is now due on top of taxes owed and fee paid for taxes being filed. Very inefficient and I have never left a poor review for any service or product ever.
