    I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED AND ASKED THESE PEOPLE TO REMOVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS FROM THEIR MAILING LIST AND THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DO SO. I HAVE SPOKEN TO WOMEN IN THEIR OFFICE WHO HAVE TOLD ME THEY WILL TAKE MY NAME AND ADDRESS OFF THEIR MAILING LIST AND THE JUNK MAIL NEVER ENDS FROM THEM!!! I HAVE NEVER DONE AN OUNCE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I NEVER WILL!!! THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND THEIR JUNK MAIL COMES IN A BLUE ENVELOPE SO THAT THE CONSUMER THINKS IT IS SOME KIND OF BIRTHDAY CARD. IT IS HAND WRITTEN AND DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MY LAST NAME ON IT. WHEN YOU OPEN IT, IT IS NOTHING BUT JUNK MAIL. THEY ARE PAYING A MARKETING COMPANY TO HOUND ME WITH THEIR GARBAGE AS THE RETURN ZIP CODE IS 40221 WHICH IS NOT A PA ZIP CODE. THESE PEOPLE NEVER STOP HOUNDING ME WITH THEIR CRAP AND I HAVE REACHED MY LIMIT WHICH IS WHY I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING THERE ASKING THEM TO TAKE MY NAME OFF THEIR LIST WHO THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD AND YET THE HARASSMENT NEVER ENDS. WHY THEY CANNOT HONOR A SIMPLE BASIC REQUEST IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION AND I AM SICK OF CONTACTING THEM. I HOPE THE BBB CAN GET THESE PEOPLE TO CEASE AND DESIST WITH THE CONSTANT JUNK MAIL.
