    I made a purchase from Econoco the store fixture company, onlne June 3, 2025. I ordered the Professional Salesmans Rack model RCS/1, for $123.00 plus $44.93 shipping, total $167.93. The package arrived about a week later. When it arrived it was the box was very damaged with large holes in multple places gouges in the box, dirty work shoe footprints on the box and obviously had been opened and very sloppily retaped and only partially closed, the rack parts were loose a banging when I moved it, any parts or wheels would easily have fallen out the many large holes and openings. The box is 51.5" x 23.5" shipped by ****. The box was so damaged I decided not to open it, and called Econoco to seek resolution. They said they would send me a replacement. In a few days another package arrived, and tthe replacement package was in just as horrible condition as the first. I also wouldn't open this package knowing it is likely damaged, possibly used. I want a refund of my purchase price and Econoco can send a shipper to pickup these two items.

     After doing some research I do see that we shipped out the first order which happened to get damaged in transit. The customer reached out to our customer service and a replacement order was shipped out free of charge. After the second order shipped out, the customer has not reached back out to our company with any issues. It is our company policy to always do the right thing. We would have had no reason not to credit the customer in full if they had reached out to customer service due to the item being damaged on delivery. Items get damaged in shipping every day especially when they are shipped via small parcel. We have no problem holding the carriers accountable and filing claims.

     

    We have been in business for 100 years and are proud of our reputation! We look forward to this matter being resolved accordingly.
