    Dennis Trailers do not stand behind what they sell. My family has bought three trailers from them and two of them are leaking. Two of the trailers are 2019 models and one is 2020 model. I am going on my 4 season owning it and I am at a huge loss! The first year of owning my trailer, Dennis trailer had to fix our ceiling fans, replace our A/C unit, have a floor repair service come fix my scratched vinyl floor (which was delivered like that), and I had to deal with whirlpool on our refrigerator. The second year of owning the trailer, we noticed the floor in the kitchen had water damage in the corner near a slide out. The floor was becoming soft in that area. It was about a 8"x8" area. I called Dennis trailer to come look at it and they sent a man up to do so. He could not find where the water was coming in from and suggested to caulk some areas on the trailer. I asked him what to do about the soft spot on the floor and he stated "just put a trash can over it so no one walks on it." He had then left. When we opened up our trailer for the season, I found that the floor was gone! The only thing left was the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. I lost an area about 5' by 3' in the main floor of the trailer. All of the wood was rotted and fell. I called Dennis trailers right away and told them the issue. The lady who handles repairs told me to contact a contractor. On their website it states that they repair trailers. They do not!I do NOT recommend Dennis Trailers to anyone that is wanting to but from them. Once they have your money, there is no going back for help.
