    The owner, ****, agreed to have two trees cut and removed from the property. He also offered his services to tear down an old shed and build a new one. Full payment was made for the two trees and half payment for the shed. Both the tree removal and shed project were not completed. The trunk of one tree still remains and the new shed was never built.Followed up with the owner several times over the course of several months through text. He kept saying he will do it soon. He did not respond to my last three messages. In my last message, I asked him to let me know if he can still continue with the project and if not, I requested to have partial refund for the work not done.
