    Cut a neighbors tree down and while doing so damaged my line coming to my house. Actively admitted to me on the phone a week later after I discovered the damage that they knew it was damaged and had video footage of it happening, yet they never even came to my door to talk to me about it. Told me it wasnt his problem and they would not pay for the damage repairs, and told me to figure it out and good luck with your problem. Claimed that he apparently saw me looking out the window when it happened and that I should be a man and not hide behind a window in the future.This is whats wrong with todays world, people that claim to be professional, yet take zero pride in the work they do from day to day and the work they claim to specialize in. Dont use this company, if they do and damage on your property its obvious that theyre likely to hide it and then deny responsibility
