      **** ***** was the technician who came to our home and did a great job. He diagnosed our problem and tolls us what was needed to fix it,, what would be possible problems as he worked, and what it would cost. He was efficient, courteous, and respectful. We are very pleased.

      McVay installed our hot water heater last June. We were pleased with the service, installation, and the product. The pilot light recently went out, and we were unable to relight it. Two technicians came out and took care of it. The service was efficient and friendly.

      Finally found a company with professional, patient and friendly technicians that were very knowledgeable about boilers. My boiler had a problem and wasnt pumping heat to my garage which caused a pipe to burst. I called two other companies before McVay one never called back and the other one couldnt fit me in. McVay came within an hour. They fixed the burst pipe and found and repaired the problem with the boiler. They are definitely my go to company from now on.Thank you McVay.

      As always very pleased with the service technicians that come to the house. They are very thorough. They are also very professional, polite and courteous and willing to answer any questions I may have with common sense answers. I have had a maintenance contract with them for several years and trust their work.

      My washer overflowed from the bottom water drain backup. I tried calling several plumbing companies and no one could come out for at least another 20 hrs. Meanwhile the water is going into my game room as well as nearby bathroom.Luckily someone gave me their name. They were out in a short time to snake the drain and get everything back to normal. Brett was polite and answered all my questions. He didn’t try to scare me into more work like another plumbing company did years ago.I was so grateful to find this service!
