    I hired Foundation Drives & Patios to pave my driveway, which was gravel before. They assured me that the new driveway would be 3 inches thick. They left a pile of dirt and a pile of planks on my front lawn and never communicated what was going to happen. The following week most of the planks were gone but the dirt pile was still there. I was outside talking to my mom when one of them pulled up in his truck and said "we got the planks today and we will come back for the dirt tomorrow". It also rained during the weekend and I noticed that the driveway isn't pitched in any way and multiple puddles form including right in front of the garage. Before they did the job I asked about water and he said it would all drain into the grass. A week and a half went by and they never came back so I sent them the first email. After 4 days with no response I sent a follow up email to which they finally responded and said they were coming that weekend to get the dirt and remaining planks. That weekend came and went and again the dirt pile is still there. It was during that weekend that I found a dandelion growing up through the brand new driveway that I was told was 3 inches thick and wouldn't allow plants to grow up through it. I emailed them again asking when they would come by to get the dirt and to address this new issue since the driveway is under warranty for 1 year. I still have not heard back from them and the dirt pile is still in my front lawn. They need to remove the dirt and planks, fix the fact that plants are growing up through the driveway, and pitch it so it drains properly. We have been waiting for a month now for this to be resolved and they refuse to communicate or do anything about it.
