    We can't thank the entire ********* enough for the restoration of our flooded basement!! Due to a storm surge the water entered our basement via our drain to the street. A ******* came and found no obstruction and stated it was storm surge. He recommended DISS. SO THANKFUL for his recommendation!! They came the same day and began to extract all the free standing water. They also hauled away all damaged and wet items ( WHICH WERE MANY) on the basement floor. All Team members were super efficient and worked nonstop for hours. They moved all items several times making sure there was no more water. They set up several industrial dehumidifiers with HEPA filters, used plant based environmental bioguards and mold guards. They painted damaged areas with mold deterrent paint. Then they moved everything back where we wanted it. This ********* was here daily until they, and we were satisfied with the restoration. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DISS RESTORATION. EVERYONE was kind and understanding, since our basement had become full of "lots of stuff" over 35+ years. ********* did a fantastic job!!! A+++

    Inability to follow through with signed contract of service. Five months of attempting to work with this company to have water damage repaired only excuses given to why they can’t. There is no way to get straight answers & if you’re a customer? Be ready to get the run around and leaving messages and emails without answers. The cost of 3 days of fan & dehumidification ( that leaked) 3k. Another 5k for tearing down 2 cabinets and a board. They leave the customer to deal with a mess & wondering if the work will be done. This company is better at giving empty promises ( and sweet about it) than actually getting a signed contract done. This company has shown a lack of professionalism and ethics to service promised to its customers.
