    On May 1, 2024, we contracted with ******* ***** to have our entire driveway overlayed with rolled and compacted asphalt, then asphalt oil coat driveway. The work was completed and paid for on May 22, 2024. Several days later, some defects seemed to appear, pieces of asphalt were coming up, there were areas that were not done properly, and there was asphalt dried all over our sidewalk. We contacted him for weeks and he finally returned to try to clean the cement. He said it wasn't coming off because didn't bring the right equipment. He'd say he was coming back, never show up, and we'd have to continue to call him constantly. Now, the top of the driveway closest to the garage is sinking. We called him again and for several weeks he's been telling us he would come fix the sinking. He still has not showed up and now it's become so bad it's a tripping hazard. When we last called him, he said "take me to court." His contract states "all work guaranteed for 2 years." His actual address is ***************************************************.

    They started work on 11/13/2023- Paving the driveway, did concreate work on sidewalks, and built steps at my front door. Removed ****** and hauled away trash. The complaint is the contractor-built steps that were not usable, they were too high and were not glued in, therefore resulting in 3 people injured. When I called Anthony and told him about the steps that they were not glued at all, he said he would come back and take care of it. Anthony came back on 01/02/2024 and attempted to rig the steps again (and did not work) which again resulted in me the owner ********************* falling and injured my knee was bleeding ripped my pants and injured my back and was bruised all the way down my leg and thigh (I do have pictures) I called Anthony to complain about the steps again this would have been my 3rd attempt- he basically said he would not come out and fix them, unless i paid more money so I told him I was going to report him he will not give me his insurance name or number. I also have a signed contract that states all work is guaranteed for two years signed by him. If you can get him to come out fix my steps safely, that would be great or pay me to have the steps done correctly I paid this company a great amount of money well over ********* and when they asked for a draw, I gave them the money no questions asked I want the same for me. The steps that they ruined are my primary entrance way I am senior citizen and feel like they took advantage of me. Anthony did not care that I fell and was injured (I have pictures of my steps from the work they did and where we are now I also have phone text messages and videos for evidence.) I have been more than patient the work they did at my house was in November and now we are entering April, and I am still unable to use my main entrance for groceries etc. I have tried to contact him no response. When he does finally contact me it's always an excuse about how busy he is, it almost feels like he certainly is not worried about us or our steps in anyway. .I hope you can help me if not please send me information on who I can contact to help, Contact me at ************ for more details.
