    This is not the right location, I am referring to the west ******* office on Miles rd. I called in today to make an appointment for my son who is also a heart patient because he may have the flu. Even though he is a heart patient and has received a vaccine I was told by his Teledoc ** that I needed to give him a flu test just to make sure. My son had open heart surgery when he was born and still has a slight murmur. I asked the women from chop primary care if I could have an appointment after 4pm because husband is at work and I'm not able to walk to the store to buy the over counter self test and if possible could we please have an appointment to come in get tested. She simply refused. She said they only have limited appointments and that my sons reason for a visit wasn't important enough to make an appointment. This just unacceptable behavior from a ********** a child with congenital heart defect being turned away for a flu test is unacceptable and possibly illegal. The other CHOP locations have always been very helpful as well as the Chop In ************ where he received his surgery always excellent. The ******************* location do seem to be taking their job very seriously. Now I have to go to an urgent care risking my sons health even further as the waiting rooms are always packed a wait times long. Very unhappy and just in shock having been turned away by a **. * nacceptable.
