    I purchased a kitten for $1,000 with a 14 day money back guarantee in writing in a contract on January 2, 2025. On January 5, *********************************************************************************************************************************************** addition she harassed me in writing.

    She has since posted my name and image on ******** without my consent and in violation of my privacy. I know this because she sent me many screenshots via text before blocking me. She has bullied me directly via text. I would like the posts removed as well as the slanderous language against me. I fear for my physical safety in returning the kitten since I have seen things online stating that others have taken out restraining orders against her in the past (in multiple states), that she has stalked others, committed terroristic threats, has had bail revoked on more than one occasion, etc. I can't verify on my own the accuracy of these accusations but in combination with my direct experience I would like her agreement to have the police present when I return the kitten in exchange for a full refund of $1,000. Many of the posts on ******** in response to hers about me have encouraged her to take back the kitten but once in her possession to refuse me the refund in violation of the legally binding contract (as well as in writing via text, see attached).

    I received a text stating that I have to wait another ten days to return the cat for the money (she doesn't specify that it is $1,000) and the deal is off if the police are called and that she won't open the door if she sees them (see attached iMessage). Putting in writing again that she will violate the contract. I'd prefer not wait and I need the police there for my safety. She told me to come on Thursday January 16, 2025 at 1:00pm.

    My attorney, after reviewing the contract, advised me to wait the additional 12 day delay in returning the kitten. She said it was unfortunate and unreasonable and illegal but the path of least resistance. I was told that if I am not refunded in full for $1,000 at that time (Thursday January 16th at 1:00pm) to bring a lawsuit against her on that date. I will update on 1/16/25.

    This is not allowing me to download any of my documents showing proof that the cat and dog were getting along. My contract is very clear about not allowing returns. This woman is insane.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. Page eight of the contract states that I am offered a 14 day trial period with a full refund. 

    On day three I requested the refund and return of the kitten.

    This was I initially refused and then accepted. 

    I plan on returning the kitten on Thursday January 16, 2025 at 1:00pm as she requested.

    My hope is that this transfer of the kitten for a full refund of $1,000 goes smoothly and legally.

    If not I will take legal action and have retained an attorney for such purposes.

    2. Also stated in the text message is the date and time I was told to return the kitten for a full refund. 

    I have many more messages, screenshots from social media of a harassing and slanderous nature.
