I purchased a trading program that I saw advertised that promised a 93% win rate on options trading, this is something that I was always interested in, I set up a call and was on a video call where everything seemed very exciting and I guess I was pressured into purchasing on the spot, when I was able to access what I purchased first I realized it was basic and I could get this information for free, I then found it very difficult to follow, I also found the instructors that was part of the program werent beer helpful to me to achieve this win rate or better understand the program. I called in and spoke to a gentleman named ***** and expressed my concerns and problems with the program we agreed to give it another shot and I did and still found it to be very convoluted and difficult again I spoke to ***** and we agreed this was not the best program for me and he understood and told me to dispute the purchase with my credit card company and when the dispute comes across his desk he will let it fly meaning he wouldnt respond and as a result I will get my money back, I tried to dispute the purchase however the credit card company told me I was out of their timeframe for disputing a claim, I spoke to ***** again and explained what was happening and asked since he understood would he be able to refund me my purchase price, he said he didnt have the ability to do that, we then spoke again and he asked if I signed a Docusign which I did and he then said it was non refundable but that was not what I was originally led to believe, I am afraid that all the care that they had originally quickly diminished when I asked for a refund even though ***** understood my situation and agreed to refund via dispute with credit card company, I need help to get them to stick to their word and refund me instead of disputing since I am now outside of the time frame and was possibly led on to go outside the time frame intentionally. Thank you

    Business Response

    Date: 06/11/2025

    Hi ****,
Thank you again for reaching out. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation with Mr. ********************* attached the signed 6-page ******** agreement for your reference, which outlines the exact terms Mr. ********* agreed to prior to enrolling. Below is a detailed response addressing his claims:

? Refund Policy Clearly Stated (Page 2 Section 1)

Mr. ********* initialed the clause stating:

No payments will be refunded at any time for any reason.
    ? Chargeback Waiver (Page 6 Section 8)

    He also agreed to:

Waive any/all rights to charge-back, dispute, or make claims against any payment made to TF.These terms were presented transparently, and the agreement was signed voluntarily after a consultation call.

Conditional Guarantee Is NOT a Refund

On page 2 of the agreement, a conditional performance guarantee is outlined. It states that if a client:

    Completes all course modules

Submits all assignments and 12 weeks of check-ins

Executes 60 paper trades across three strategies

Reviews those trades with a coach

we will continue to work with you and reevaluate you every 30 days to get you to a point where you are profitable.

This is a commitment to continued coaching not a money-back guarantee. Mr. ********* did not meet these conditions, as he did not complete the required number of trades.

Full Access to Services Was Provided

    Mr. ********* received:

A recorded onboarding session (available upon request)

    Live group coaching

    1-on-1 mentorship

Our full curriculum, assessments, and trading tools

We honored every part of the agreement and remained available for support throughout his time in the program.

?? On the 93% Win Rate Statement

This figure refers to the probability of success for the strategy we teach not a personal guarantee. Its based on data supported by reputable brokerages such as ******* ******, Robinhood, and Fidelity, and this is clearly explained in our materials

    Denial of Chargeback Encouragement

Mr. ********* claimed that a former team member, *****, advised him to file a chargeback and said he would let it fly. We want to be absolutely clear:

    This is false.

It is strictly against our policies to encourage disputes, and we have no history or record of this occurring.

Goodwill Extension Still **************************************** 4-month program ended and all contracted services were delivered, weve extended a 12-month coaching offer at no additional charge if hed like to re-engage and complete the process.

We genuinely care about our clients and want them to succeed. However, we also have a responsibility to uphold the agreements we enter into. Given the facts, the service delivery, and the additional support weve offered, we respectfully ask that this complaint be marked as resolved.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Warm regards,

    **** ******
