    I order a pair of shoe that were delivered scuffed on January 8, 2025. I unsuccessfully tried to contact Camper through their website and then through **************. I tried wearing the shoes but they were extremely painful on my feet. My complaint remains the same. I want a refund covered by Camper two year guarantee against manufacturing defects, less the price of shipping.

    I bought a pair of Camper boots on 9/24/2023, wore the lightly, but by 2/2/2025 they had a tear on the side. I contacted them, hoping they would honor their 2 year guarantee, but they said you have to go to the seller I told them I bought these under your name, trusting your brand, not the seller (***********). They did not reply.

    On March 29, 2024, I purchased Camper Kids Peu touring shoes from ********* Rack. I purchased the shoes as I was looking for a high quality, durable kids shoe. I was convinced to purchase the shoes because of Campers claims on their website : All of our shoes come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Shoes were purchased for $49.97 plus California tax. In less than six weeks of normal wear, the shoes were completely unwearable. The outer material was so weak it had torn in ten different places. They were unraveling and looked as though they had been worn for years and years. I brought the shoes back to Nordstrom Rack. They refused to return because the shoes were worn. I explained I was returning because shoes were defective. They still refused. I then called ********* customer service, they refused and said I needed to pursue with the manufacturer. I then took my complaint to Camper. Since May, I have sent 8 emails, and called 6 times. Each time I was assured that a manager would be in touch within ***** hours. To this date they have still not responded to my complaint. Their claims of product guarantee are lies, and they should not be allowed to continue to market this claim if they refuse to address manufacturer defects.

    I received defective shoes. I have been trying to do an exchange for two week.Large exposed seams on tongue press into both of my feet.They are incredibly painful.Campers response was that the shoes are not defective.This is ridiculous I have never had such a hard time doing a return.I really dont appreciate having my time and money wasted.Your website states there is a two year warranty. Exchanges need to be made in thirty days. It would be nice if you actually took care of loyal customers,Thanks San

    There was a complaint regarding a pair of shoes that was requested for returnal. Unfortunately, upon review by our corresponding department (Quality team), the return request was denied as the team saw no flaw nor reason to accept the return (off limit).
    At this point, customer did proceed with a chargeback and case was closed.


    Please note that customer got to keep the shoes and the money (chargeback) - So there was little to no room for us to proceed.
