    They are advertising vehicles at $5995. When we talk to them, they are adding $1000 to their advertising prices. Vehicle on lot show window sticker of $5995. Their website is showing $5995. But when we talk to them about purchasing the vehicle, they say it is $6995. This has happened twice now. They are trying to scam and it should not be tolerated.

    Hello. I have photo evidence to support my complaint but it would not upload because it was saying file was too big. 

    Please see attached photo for proof AND since Buff and Go got notice of me reporting the incident, they now removed the contents of the vehicle.

    good afternoon  im responnd to the respond from mr ***** brunner  on 06/19/2025

    his wife and granddaughte was in to check out some vechilecs we had and she was interested in a 2016 *** soul that was on are website for 12days at 6995 and proof of that with a date on it from the website will be attach,. they ask my sale person price of car and he said he would go check and the granddaughter said never mine i have it on my phone and theyseen the price of 6995 and also they said they had around 8000 to sp0end so that would be great but wanted her pap to look at it and drive it, so mr ******* came in the next day took it for ride and cam back in and offer use 5200 and i said sorry can not do that he said they would have to talk about it and let use know, so mean in the mean time i did not know my helper who is a little slow change the price on the car wheich was to be car beside it i did ***** **** that price tried to explaint to him and show him on my list that the price was *************************************************************************************** to the business buerua and i just left him leave and not say a word to him, so i felt it was right to go online and change the price to 5995 not sure who all seen the price driving by so it was only right to make it that price and i did offer him that price, but he was thinking we was trying to make a extra and wasnt doing that at all. i also showed him my pricing list with the pric 6995 but he did not want to here that, so i fell we did the right thing by changeing it on line and yes that when he made a copy of it after we chaged the price because we are honest people here, if u need anymore information

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Nothing but Blatten lies. I was only at their lot the one day. The vehicle sitting on her lot was clearly marked at 5995 and I attached the photo from website ALSO showing the 5995 price. I never told her that I had $8000 because you never tell an auto lot how much we have. When I made her an offer of 5800, she said no because the price should be 6995. Once I stated that the price on website and the vehicle itself shows 5995, she slammed her hand on her desk and yelled, he screwed me again. Not sure who she was talking about but I told her that is false advertising and I WILL be contacting BBB. Before I left, she even stated that she just changed the website price. I caught her in a scam and my snapshot photo that is attached proves it.
