    On 9/21/24 I paid Dayna Auto Tags $394.95 for vehicle registration and tags. She did not file my registration. She stole my money and didnt provide the service. I confirmed with the *** and they said my car was never registered. Shes a scammer. I want a full refund. Ive been calling her office for months. Ive sent an email and *** also went to her business a few times. She doesnt answer the phone or the door.

    On the 9/21/2024 Ms ****** ***** came to the office for vehicle registration and tags services. That service is not online process it was manually done which I take the documents to PAA (PennDot) to review and process but it was denied and was send back because the need her signature on company loan form. I tried to reach out to Ms ****** numerous times but no response. So I tried again in May ******* and she finally picked up. I explained to her that I have been reaching out to her because her form was denied because I needed her signature on the document. I further explained to her that the office was under renovation because there was water damage due to the upstairs unit. So the office was temporarily closed. She then told me she was trying to reach me but she couldnt get a response. So I ask her which number and she told me the number which that number is the fax machine number and that email is a different company email. So I definitely wouldnt receive it. I dont understand why shes filing a complaint about I stole money which she came to the office and see for her self that is renovating and she already received her full payment on May ******* which that was the day shes available. Below is a messages between us and some phone calls. I tried to upload more but the system not allowing me to do so.That statement is false.

    I called the number that she has listed. If the number that is displayed on the huge banner outside of her office, her website and on ****** is wrong then thats her fault not mine. Its her job to have the correct number listed. Her sending text from May of me trying to meet up for my refund means nothing. I tried contacting her for months. She claims she called me but didnt leave a message or text. That doesnt even make sense. I also emailed her. Her office being flooded doesnt prevent her from  responding to emails. Emails can be checked from anywhere. She did not try to contact me until after I filed the complaint. However since I filed complaint she has provided me with a full refund the end of May. The case can be closed.
