    On 6/18/2024 the Owner of NQ Therapy and myself (operations manager) met with *******. We had expressed that we needed to hit marketing hard the Summer of 2024 as we would be hiring several associates to work in our practice the Fall of 2024 and needed to fill their caseload. ******* was adamant that he was up for the job and and several times we were told "this will be done by end of business day, week's end". ******* was paid a deposit of $562.50 on 7/23/2024. Since paying ******* he has gone *** several times. Always sick, caught covid, email was hacked and he did not know, 3+ family emergencies, etc. Just excuse after excuse as to why he has not logged in, not reviewed our account, and certainly did not work the account. Him and I spoke on the phone extensively on 9/11/2024 where ******* apologized profusely and stated numerous times "this is not how I operate business, I am sorry, I will make it right, I promise you". Clearly this is exactly how he operates his business (takes your money, doesn't complete the task, then threatens with attorney's when asked for a refund). On October 3rd we reached out to ******* letting him know that because he did not meet a single deadline that we needed to terminate our contract immediately and asked for a full refund as he did not work our account. We were forced to hire another company to complete the task. Only after I emailed him again asking where the refund was he responded to me "Those deadlines are subject to the agencys ability to meet them, not the clients needs, wants, desires, or demands". The Counselors Concierge, and ******* specifically sold us hopes and dreams and instead left us with an absolute nightmare. We are expecting a full refund in the amount of $562.50. ******* was deceitful from the beginning of working with him and should not be trusted with a dime of another businesses money.
