      Contracted to have fence installed by mid may 25. I was told that shouldn't be a problem. I paid a 50%deposit.Since late may 25 I began calling emailing and texting I have saved copies of every message. Most of the time I get no response and on the rare occasion that they do respond it's constant excuses and or telling me by the end week or early the next week no one ever calls or shows up so I wait a while and began calling and texting again again with rarely a response. All I'm asking is for my fence to be installed immediately since it's been 5 months almost 6.

      I received a quote of $8,612.32 on 13 March 2025 to install fencing at my home. I wrote the company a $5,000 deposit on 7 April 2025, I hand delivered them the check, and they cashed it on 9 April 2025. The company owner, while at my property, told me the fence could be installed by the end of May 2025. I have been reasonable and patient due to all the rain we have had in ********************. I'm sure their installation schedules have been impacted, but now it's getting a little ridiculous. It's been 3 months since giving them a deposit, and I still have no fence. I can't get them to communicate with me on anything, they provide no information with respect to when they will be able to install the fence, and they are impossible to get in touch with. I have even driven to their location, and there is rarely anyone there. At this point, I just want my money back so I can get another company to install the fence. My goal was to have the fence installed at the beginning of Summer and not at the end of Summer, but now it will probably be Fall or later. There are multiple reviews out there with people who have experienced the same issues and lack of responsiveness from this company.

      Just letting you know I finally received a full refund from the business.  They sent me a check for the $5,000 (I believe it was the second week of August) which I submitted to the bank via a mobile deposit.  When the bank attempted to draw the funds, the check bounced due to insufficient funds in the business account which then cost me a $25 fee.  The second time the bank attempted to draw the money, sufficient funds were in their account and the money cleared.  This business is awful!  I don't understand how you still give them a good BBB rating given they have not contacted you on my complaint as well as others that have been filed against them.

      Signed a contract to install a fence with ***** ****** owner of Spring Valley Fence located at ***************************. ****************.We agreed to $30,000 for fence w/ install and signed on March 25, 2025. We put down $15,975 as a deposit with the install of the fence April 23, 2025. That date came and went and since then they have completely ghosted us and will not return texts or calls.
