      This is my third or fourth time using Dunlap Mechanical for ************* This time he came to my house to check out an issue with my hot water heater. He took his time, thoroughly took it apart, cleaned it and did everything he could to fix it but it was done. He gave me a fair quote on the spot and came back the very next day with a new one to install. The job was seamless. He showed up when he said he would, drained and removed the old unit, installed the new one, and left everything clean. No mess, just solid work. I highly recommend.
