  This company is a complete scam, they use high pressure sales people that promise you the world and deliver on nothing. The services they sell you for 10k in their VIP package you can find from any rookie on ******, they never respond to you for any concerns with any of their products delivered. They basically just wrap up whatever c*** they make and send it to you and say here were done, just for the purpose of not getting sued by you in court and having an argument against you to say hey we tried our best. The website looked cheap something I coulda got myself for 50 bucks, the VIP 3d rendering they provided looked like a joke. The rendering looked as if it was made with 1980s technology, when I called to complain about it they told me to email the inventhelp customer service email they gave me. Nobody answered me, 3 months later they send me my website with that same ugly rendering on it. They made my website look exactly like the cheap pointless brochure they made me, nobody even contacted me to collab on how I wanted the website to look they just made it. I then wanted to pull out of the contract because of a complete misrepresentation of quality, the manager tells me they already made my website we cant do that but we can edit it this blew my mind because I sent them an email to not create the website because I didnt like the rendering. They then rushed to whip up an ugly website because they saw I was about to pull out of the agreement, didnt even contact me about the ugly rendering they provided me with they just continued to proceed with the website not addressing my concerns. This company is a scam, the manager said she couldnt help me so I have no choice but to take them to court. I really dont understand why companies like this do this to people, they do hit and runs scamming people which in the end sinks their company to the ground instead of actually being genuine and caring for people spending their hard earned money. Stay far away.

  We are in receipt of the above referenced ********* January 2024, this complainant contracted with us to provide him with various tools to assist in independently showcasing his invention. He also requested a referral to an independent patent attorney for the preparation of a patent application for the invention. Our records indicate the services are being provided in accordance with the contract. This complainants accusations are unfounded and untrue. We reached out to the complainant on several occasions to discuss his concerns regarding the invention materials and website; however, he was simply uncooperative, and at times has been downright abusive to our staff. We are, and continue to be, willing to work with him. We have been transparent and upfront with this complainant, as we are with all of our clients, regarding the services which this complainant agreed to at the time he contracted.   They are the worst they need to be sued and they do not know how to talk to their customers and I am ready to sue them right now and get all of my money back plus the pain and suffering that they caused . They are racist and think that they could talk to you like they are paying you for services I have given them thousands of dollars and they talk to me like they dont have to talk to me with respect as a person and a client . When I asked them to explain the info I received that racist told me we do this every time I call I dont get that shouldnt I I ask if I dont understand I want my money back they are a scam I have much more to say but it is too much but I will comment soon again its a fake they do not even have a corporate office it is a scam.i wish I didnt have to give a star.

  We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint.
  This complainant contracted for our services in November 2022 for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting her invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate her services are being provided in accordance with the contract.
  This complainant’s accusations are completely unfounded and untrue. We have had several conversations with her to give an update regarding the services we are providing and to answer all her questions. We have been respectful and professional in each interaction as we are with all our clients; however, this complainant is consistently uncooperative, and at times has been downright abusive to our staff.
  We do not believe a refund of the services is fair as we have been providing our services in good faith; whereas it is important to note the complainant is not paying for them.
  At this time, there is nothing more we can do; but do appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

  The woman on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. She told me to google how much it is for a patent and if I don't have the money, then there's nothing they can do for me. She was eating on the phone while speaking to me. And was very rude with her speech and manners.

  RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! I was 15 minutes early for my appointment in Atlanta 5-7-24 and the guy that met me was 45 minutes late, he was loud, and talked 50 MPH. Very intimidating and his appearance was awful he came to the office in flip flops and shorts. He cut me off every time he could when I tried to talk, and he even had enough nerve to get a nice cold water out of his mini fridge and didn't even offer me one. I got fed up with him very quickly because at a point I had to cover my ears and ask why he was being so aggressive and loud? Then I just decided this is not the company for me and I ended the meeting. Then he started to get indignant and say unprofessional things. So I threw a jab back at him and then he said now you're being unprofessional. I said, but I am in your office you are supposed to be the professional one. Don't do it. This guy is a Sheister, and he talks in riddles And an arrogant fool if he felt I would do business with him. after his outrageous presentation. This company should terminate immediatly.

  Total Scam. Took $14K from my partners and I and showcased our board game to over 100 "related companies and trade shows." Why did they take our physical board game to an electronics trade show?? Oh and them "reaching out" to other companies is them sending a spam email with no conversations. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM. You are much better off finding a reputable marketing team for the amount of money they charge to run you a campaign instead. And they wasted two years of our time because that is how long the contract is.

  I wish I could rate them a zero. They told me they would be sending me multiple lists of companies they would be sending my idea to. All I got in the mail was a cheap, wrinkled piece of paper with random company names they say are in their data base. I have contacted multiple companies that they supposedly sent my information to and have found no trace of my idea ending up in front of any of them. This company is a total scam and I am out over 10.000 dollars. Never, EVER, give them your invention. The only service they provide is information about your potential target market and a rendering (which they got wrong 10 times and clearly didnt care about) of your invention. Total and complete scam. My next step is legal action.

  We are in receipt of the above referenced customer review.In February 2023, this complainant contracted for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the service is being provided in accordance with the term's outlined in his agreement. Shortly after receiving this complaint, we reached out to the complainant regarding his concerns about the companies to whom we have submitted his invention information to in an effort to obtain a good faith review. This complainants invention information was submitted to both companies registered in our InventHelp ********* who have agreed to review inventions, and to do so on a confidential basis as well as to other companies we obtain by way of a subscription service.The complainant was not specific in either his complaint or in our conversation with him which companies he claims to have called, to whom he spoke, etc. We do not believe the baseless assertions in his complaint; but do stand ready to provide him with our own investigation of any company he legitimately questions.Nevertheless, simply in good faith, we offered to upgrade his services at no additional charge. Unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do for this complainant without his cooperation.   Absolutely total scam. Do not use them. Specially brain rems. He takes your money promises you thing then comes later and say that he ever said that. Mind you the conversation is recorded. Doest answer you email or your calls. Absolutely a horrible person. Worked overtime at my job to pay for this invention idea. Trusted this person ***** **** and he scammed me. What an absolute piece of garbage. What goes around comes around. Do waste your time. Im in the process of filing a lawsuit.

  If there was a 0, I would have chosen it. These people do not care about your idea. I spent $20,000 just for them to copy my cad/cam and never making their own to my details. They never adjusted the way the invention works and never received my approval before creating the completely wrong depiction in their virtual presentation. Never asked me to come in and explain that the invention is only two piece, making it difficult to show to companies. Oh and I had to pay the patent attorney fees as an extra blow. Moreover, they send letters once in a while, highlighting the negative feedback regarding the invention. These passive aggressive moves are not going to bother me.

  You people should not lie you know better than to give 5 stars ?? Inventhelp you get NO STARS. 1 of your previous agents **** ******** scr..d me he took my invention right in front of my mother, father and me and said I quote I will send this back to you in the mail said **** ******* I never saw my protype again. If that wasn't enough I paid them 12,000 dollars on time never late payment and they made us do all the hard work and we didn't know how the process works. Three disabled people mother, father and son. And the invention was created because of my father which is know dead and gone. Plus I'm not your average talented person the idea's that I have are beyond any other and would have changed the world but thanks to you George foreman, **** ******** and Inventhelp greed for money.

Nearly six years ago, this complainant contracted for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services were provided in accordance with the agreement. The complainants claim now, at this late date, that we did not provide the service to which he contracted and that he never received updates regarding his services is simply untrue. In fact, our records show that the complainant was updated every step of the way as evidenced by the correspondence he received. We also had several conversations with this complainant during the course of his services to provide updates as well as to answer any questions. Additionally, regarding his prototype, we addressed this matter with him over four years ago. Nevertheless, should the complainant wish to address this or any aspect of his service, we encourage him to contact us.
