    On June 10th, my autopayment was not processed for the first time in 2 years. I spoke with my bank and they never received any bill/never declined the payment. ECSI refuses to take responsibility for this, as my autopay was active, sufficient funds were in the account, and I received the notice two days prior saying the autopay would be withdrawing soon. I never received any communication from ECSI that the payment was declined or that my autopay was turned off. As of July my autopay is still showing active. They are now charging me late fees and affected my credit score due to their own error that they refuse to take responsibility for.
