  If I could give less than a one-star review, I would. I arrived with my family,my wife and our child. So there were three of us. The trouble began when we approached the gate for a booking check. The first ****** to assist us was a young girl, and I tried to explain that we were visiting friends who were camping there and would only be staying for a couple of hours. She returned, and another woman came out, telling us we needed to pay $10 per ******. I gave her my credit card. Afterward, I noticed a window sticker that stated guest visits were $5 per ******. The woman came back and handed me my credit card and a receipt. At that moment, I didn't check the receipt closely and was told to drive down, leave all my belongings if I had any, and go back to park in the upper parking lot. As I was driving back to park, my wife noticed that the receipt showed Campground Day Visitor 6 ($5.00 each), totaling $30. The problem was that we were only three people: my wife, my son, and I. I stopped the car to ask for an explanation. The woman came out and immediately began lying. I politely asked her to explain why she saw six people that would justify charging $30. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she insisted that the guest pass was $10 per ******. I reminded her that if it were $10 per ******, she should have charged us three times $10, not six times $5.I also pointed out the window sticker clearly stating $5 per guest. She became frustrated and said she would refund the entire amount and that we should leave. Thats precisely what we did. I will never return! The staff working at the security gate were arrogant, rude, and unwelcoming, clearly trying to overcharge us.
