    On 5/9/2024 I contracted ****** ******* of Nightmare Gloves to build me a replica of the glove used in the film ****** VS ***** for $375. I paid him via ****** and he quote me a 3-4 month wait time. Since then he had missed numerous deadlines, lied to me about progress on the glove, sent me a fake **** tracking number, claimed the glove was lost in the mail and had friends on ******** attempt to intimidate me into not contacting the Better Business Bureau or ******. After this last missed deadline I requested my $375 back, he has not responded to my emails and then sent me an email promising once again to get the glove to me. I do not want the glove because he's been lying and attempting to defraud me from the start, I simply want my money back which he's refusing to do.

    ***** provided the proof that it was being built.i cannot refund him as it is a bespoke product - it only didnt get to him in time, because the label got damaged and it was returned to me. 
    there was also some confusion about what address to send to, but that is of no matter now, as I have his current address. i can send him the glove he had paid for as it was returned by the **** to me. ***** has been harassing me, my customers and even ****** Englunds team, so Id very much like to close this up, and get this matter settled.
