      I closed an account when the balance was positive. I couldn't access my account to view activities. I had a few subscription services that I needed to cancel. The account was reopened when it seen a charge. I still had 0 access. Everytime a subscription transaction was declined, I was charged $30. I racked up almost $150 in charges. The branch manager told me since it had a negative balance they couldn't close it and it would close after 30 days. They were sending what I owed to collections. It isn't a bank at all. It is a n***** rigged fraud company.

      My wife and I have been customers and patrons, having several accounts, with this bank for many years. We just completed paying off a previous vehicle loan with this bank a couple of months ago. We are now in the process of searching for a vehicle and despite our payment history with them and years of patronage, they completely denied a loan request. This was regardless of our fair credit and history with them. They are far from hometown oriented and I would highly advise going elsewhere for ANY of your banking needs.
