    On 15 AUG 2024 took all of my winter ****s to Tip Top Cleaners. Plus one new heating blanket. Got receipt. Leather Harley **** was on separate receipt. Left store. Got **************** that the heating blanket had been missed and was now added to receipt.A few days later got another call stating one of the fur jackets could not be cleaned because the process would ruin it. I instructed the caller to set it aside and I would pick it up with the rest of the order.I had surgery and was recovering.The cleaners never called to say the order was ready.I called the cleaners they could not find my entire order.Upon recovery and cleared to drive, I went to the cleaners with my receipt. The employee was rude and defensive. Had attitude like sorry about your luck.I asked for the manager. I called the manager and she said they dont use ticket for proof and they just go by last name and anyone coming in with my name they would have given my ****s. These were name brand ****s. I went to the thrift stores to see if they had been re-sold. None were found.The manager asked me to give her 2 days to look and go thru yellow receipts. In the meantime, she asked me to search my home. I did not pick the items up. No one knew I had dropped them off.The manager said she would take off the cleaning fees. And she would give me a little something for my ****s that her and I would be happy with. These were newer ****s and she kept referring to my items as aged and heavily worn. Neither was accurate description.I told her the system was broken and my name was rare last name and I believe her staff made a mistake or they stole them. She said her girls had plenty of clothes and didnt need my ****s. She said she isnt God and she doesnt know what happened.I am in shock that my entire order is missing along with heating blanket. One **** belonged to my deceased mother. I want replacement costs for all the ****s and all charges for cleaning refunded.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    the business has not returned any of my calls.  Has provided false information .. 

    How do you lose 9 winter coats and a heating blanket ?

     

    I want $100 for each item and that still doesnt buy the exact brands to replacement value
