      Our business has used BottleLess.com water coolers and filters for several years. I ordered new filters on January 19, 2023. Several weeks later I inquired about the delivery status. I was told the filters were on back order. They anticipated shipment in mid to late February. I tried to reach them on three different phone numbers and no one ever answers the phone. On March 7, I contacted them via email and requested an update. I also stated we were ready to cancel the order. They responded to my email and said they were expecting an update that day. They would call me back. I have not heard from them. I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled on March 15. No response. Again today, March 20 no one answers the phone at 9:30 Eastern time. This sounds like a company going under. We will have our credit card company cancel the order. We will get water coolers from another source.
