    **** worked with us and installed a chandelier. He was super professional and hardworking. The task was a challenge one but he was patient and got the job done right! We have worked with **** in the past too- what a great team!

    We couldnt he happier. Renaissance Electric replaced 4 hardwired under-cabinet fluorescent lights with 4 led lights. The difference is astounding. **** quoted us a very reasonable price and **** did a wonderful job with the installation. I would definitely recommend this company.

    The representative that came to our home was rude and condescending and brought my wife to tears.I am not happy with this treatment at all and I am surprised that this company tolerates this behavior from one of it's employees.

    Our technician arrived on site ready to do the work that was quoted over the phone. Unfortunately, the work that needed to be done was not properly described to us when we booked the appointment. Our technician made the customer aware of this and when the customer learned that the work could not be done that day they became incredibly upset and combative. Our technician tried to diffuse the situation by contacting *** directly. After speaking with *** and explaining to him the additional work that was needed *** was extremely understanding and asked for a written estimate for the additional work that was needed to make everything safe and to code. We have the text message exchange between the two where our technician voiced his concerns about making sure the job was done properly and to code. This is the first one star review we have gotten in over a decade. We would very much like to resolve this issue
