    I signed up for a monthly membership for this business but I never signed a contract. Soon after signing up, 4 of the regularly scheduled classes were taken off of the schedule. These were the classes I wanted to attend and why I signed up in the first place. I paid $100 per month for 2 months starting 6/24/2022. Because of the class cancellations, I was not able to attend enough classes to make the $100 a month worth it. For the June period I used $78 in classes and July I used $76 worth of classes. When I cancelled on 8/7/2022, they charged me an unauthorized $192.00. I never signed anything agreeing to be charged a termination fee. I am no longer comfortable attending this place, even though I paid for a membership through 8/24/2022.

    Hi, 

    I filed a complaint with the BBB on 8/8/2022 against Fitness with a Twist, Complaint ID #********. 

    My bank notified me today that they settled the disputed charge in my favor and have refunded me my money. 

    There is no longer a need to continue with this complaint and it is resolved. How do I go about closing my complaint?
