    A new dress was dropped off 04/09/2024 to the cleaner for pressing only and no cleaning. The dress was returned with stains and was returned to them to have the stains removed (again, this is a new dress that has never been worn and was purchased for a prom for my granddaughter and was time sensitive). The dress was returned with even more stains the second time. Upon contact, the owner was rude, refused to accept any responsibility and twice hung up the phone. There is no possible resolution that this business could ever make to remedy the situation now. Their callous disregard and inconsiderate attitude is reprehensible and warrants remediation which should include full cost of the dress and money for damages that likely would have to be obtained from a law suit. This did not have to happen if the owner would have used common sense and worked to resolve the situation instead of escalating it and being rude, combative and mistrustful.

    This dress was processed as "press only" and returned to the customer with no issue.  This was a first time customer. A week later the customer came back and complained that the dress had a dark mark on it. A repair tag for alteration was on the dress from a different business that was not on it when it was originally pressed. Trying to be helpful we attempted to remove the stain at no charge for the customer. The stain would not come out completely. We do not guarantee being able to remove stains that are brought in. The customer insisted that the repair tag from the other business was given to her by this store. This could not be the case since we do not use the style of printed tag that was on the dress or have anything like that in the store. In addition, all of our items are computer scanned and documented. We have no record of any repair to this item. I explained to the customer that there is nothing more I can do to help her since the stain was not done here. She was not satisfied.
