I was charged for services my health insurance covered and paid Main Line Fertlity. I was only still responsible for my deductible which would've been $1000 which I paid. I wouldn't have been able to have the procedure if I didn't pay my deductible first. They rewarded their language on the itemized bill they sent me an over charge me for stuff that my health insurance company had already paid them. When I receive the bill in the mail I contacted them right away and asked for an explanation because I declined to go on further with themI would not recommend them to anyone and I had a traumatic experience with them costing me a mental breakdown and I asked why was I now receiving this bill when I had already paid. As a result not being in the right mental state to review everything that happened at that time I went ahead and start making payments stillasking them to justify why there was any payments. I was making payments as I could they now sent my account to collections as of May 2025. I contacted the collection agency named ******************* to make a payment today and I was told I am not allowed to make a payment. And again I still have never gotten a answer why do I have this balance when on my last procedure everything had to be paid up in order for me to have the procedurethere was no balance remaining.

    Hello,

The balance is true and validated with her insurance carrier that indicates the balance is derived from her health plan deductible as noted on her explanation of benefits. The patient received notification from her carrier of this balance being applied to her deductible in addition to numerous balance due ******** from Mainline. Patient has acknowledged this balance and made small partial payments to be applied towards this open balance.
