    Communication with this company is beyond poor. First they confirmed they were coming on 1 day and then sent a conflicting text message stating they were coming the day after. Then the day of the service appointment, I had to call to find out when theyd be coming. All they told me was later in the time frame. I called passed the timeframe and they didnt pick up my call, rather they sent me a text saying the technician was en route. About 45 minutes later I called and the technician still wasnt there and never communicated a delay. As my property is a rental unit, I called my tenant to ask if they were still there, and they said no. They blatantly ignored my request. After clearly being ignored, I called the office at 4:40pm. The recording said they were closed for the day and their normal hours are 8-5pm.2nd Review: They did not fix the issue and of course I had to file yet another claim for them to come out. I scheduled the appointment for Tuesday 8/5. They sent me a text with an updated appointment time of Thursday 8/7 between 12-4pm. I called to inquiry why and they said that the only technician they have in ******** is off and won't be back until 8/7. I'm still not understanding why a company located in ************ is doing business in ******** with only 1 technician. We left the appointment for 8/7 between 12-4pm. I hear nothing from this company...no communication at all. I text and call numerous times from 3:30-4pm as the technician still did not arrive, and they did not answer my text messages or pick up my phone calls yet they were still open (they close at 5pm EST). I finally get a text message AFTER 4pm, which is after the timeframe they committed to, and they told me that the technician is 'running behind'. They said the technician will be there between 5-6pm. They said scheduling keeps customers informed which is a lie seeing that I had to reach out for them to tell me that the technician was running late, and severely late at that.
