    This plumber came to my home earlier than the appointment. I had to leave my work early, as my son texted me he was at our home. When I pulled into my yard, the plumber was sitting on my front porch. He stated "he had run water and that there was no leak in my tub". We went inside the home, and I showed him pictures of the leak. The plumber said he could then run water again. When the plumber and his helper did run water again, the leak appeared just as in my pictures. During this time, he said multiple times ... "we'll fix it". He asked me where the access was to the plumbing. The helper then found the closet where there was access. However, then the plumber told me that he didn't have any idea how he could gain access to the plumbing because it was behind a heating duct. He also stated that the leak was coming from my shower faucet set, but he did not have a tool that could get this faucet assembly off. He then offered me the number of another plumber, and left. I went to turn on my sink faucet and no water came out. I had to send my son out to stop the plumber and tell him to come back in and turn my water back on. The plumber was arrogant, and condescending to both my son and to me. He was not helpful, or knowledgeable, and did nothing. The only thing he did right was not charge me ... because as he said: "he did nothing".I would not recommend calling this plumber.
