    Our water hasnt been working properly for months. Itll run normally than abruptly stop, making it hard to shower/do dishes. On occasion it wont work for minutes. The pressure is weak. I have informed Daveysons 50 days ago regarding this issue. I have received the same answer: theyre trying to contact maintenance and will get someone as soon as they can. At this point I feel disrespected and dismissed. Theyre other excuse is having SO many other clients that need requests fulfilled, which is not a valid excuse. I just want to live comfortably. They just raised our rent and yet nothing has been done about our water.

    We have completed the work to fix the water issues at Ms. ******* unit.

    There where multiple issues and we send technicians out to attempt to fix this issue.

    At this point, the issue is resolved, and the tenant should no longer experience issues with her hot water.

    Our hot water heater was replaced with an extension. Three times, the same maintenance workers had come in to reinstall it because they failed to do it properly the first time. I expressed that Im tired of having the same men come into my home only to perform subpar work on fixing my appliances. I requested a new maintenance professional and they still sent over the same people who continue ruin our appliances. It has been over two week since our hot water in our kitchen has not worked, we had to resort to boiling water to do our dishes. Now the only contact number for Daveysons is out of service. This is by far a new sense of tenant neglect they have distributed since buying our building.

    Been renting here for three years Last fall the owner sold the house New property management company was hired by the new apartment owner Daveysons has: thrown away tenant good property on premises; forced us tenants to sign up for online app, which they don't respond to anyway; reduced tap water flow to a mere trickle, HAS STILL NOT TURNED THE HEAT ON; has not fixed the serious leak in ceiling when it rains; hired cheap labor workers who regularly dump dirt, cement, and drywall dust all over the backyard; and they are restoring apartments in the building instead of fixing the heat. I’ve contacted them several times about these issues, as have the other tenants here, but all we ever get back from them are lies. The lack of heat is making me physically ill Please do what you can about them Between you and me they seem like a trio of three children who want to see just how much they can get away with

    Tenant makes false accusations, Regarding Management company.
     
    He claims there is no Heat , while the boiler didnt function 100% at the start of the season, it was in the process of being replaced at the time he filed this complaint.
    Tenant was offered space heater, to deal with the mild weather , while we where making the repair.
    New Boiler Installed & installation completed last week. 11.8.22.

    As a result of someone filing a complaint with city of Philadelphia Licenses & Inspections , 
    The department visited the property twice in the last 30 days  , its currently in compliance with no violations at this time

    Tenant has been also offered, to let out of lease & to  move out of  apartment, he declined.
    There are no outstanding Repair issues reported to us at this time &  we continue to maintain the property.
