    We went to take our cat in to get a few mats trimmed on Saturday August 19th. We noticed there was a large dog in the same room as our small cat and did not have an issue with that seeing as we were under the impression that she was going to be harnessed. Not only is that extremely unsafe, they did not harness her but instead proceeded to hold our cat down roughly with their bare hands and give her a close shave, slicing her rear in the process. After some quiet deliberation between the group of groomers they came out and the head groomer proceeded to tell my boyfriend and I that “she’s bleeding from her butt caused from the matting”. They did not let us see the cut and explained that we should see veterinary care immediately. Upon getting home and inspecting the slice we can tell that she was not bleeding from her anus as described, but a small chunk of her flesh is missing, about an inch and a half in diameter. To reiterate, a small chunk of flesh was taken from our cat and was not disclosed to us properly. This will now cost hundreds in bills and medical care and this is not the first or second or even third time an incident like this has been reported. After the situation happened we decided to read reviews and ask people who have gone to this business for grooming, they have also had issues with this business including their animals getting cut. I feel it is crucial that this business be held to a higher standard and held accountable for the many animals they have hurt in the process of building their business.

    ensure the safety of each pet we are entrusted with and make every effort to provide the safest possible environment for our customers,
    their pets, and our grooming staff.

    Removing mats can be challenging, especially when they are very tight to the skin.  Also, cats do not sit like dogs do on a grooming table.
    They need to be held still for their safety and the groomers.

    We always welcome feedback from customers and encourage them to let us know of any problems they experience.  We would be glad to work with
    you to resolve your concerns.
