    Out of the blue, I started receiving unsolicited phone calls, and even one email, from various phone numbers identified as StiltzHomeLifts. I have not answered any of these calls or the email. I am not interested in a stair lift. Each time I receive a call and voice mail from one of their numbers, I block it. And yet, I keep getting calls almost daily from a different Stiltz number. I don't know how they got my contact info. I suspect this may be spoofing. I also suspect this may be a scam. What legitimate business would be so persistent? I would like BBB to ask Stiltz to cease and desist from their contact attempts and delete my information from their database. Or, if Stiltz is being spoofed, I would like BBB to notify them that their business is being compromised. Thank you.

    Based on the information provided, it appears that the lead came through our Web Callback Form, which we have since discontinued due to an influx of spam-related inquiries. During the time it was active, we noticed a significant amount of spam leads originating from the Central region (**, **, and **). Many of these leads were tied to individuals seeking Section 8 housing assistance and were inadvertently redirected to our callback form, leading to confusion when our team reached out.

    Additionally,we also encountered instances where individuals who did not inquire about our productor any form of housing assistancefound their information submitted through that form. Unfortunately, it seems that their details were provided by third-party spammers, and we were unable to trace the exact origin of these submissions. 

    We have marked the lead as "Do not contact" in our system and the consumer will not be contacted again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It is always disturbing to feel victimized by spammers and others seeking some kind of financial gain.  I appreciate your blanket response of shutting out all of these fake leads.
