    To: Better Business Bureau Subject: Formal Complaint RMS Moving Services I am filing a complaint against RMS Moving Services for extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and potentially fraudulent behavior during a move on [insert date].The movers arrived several hours late without notifying me. They smelled strongly of marijuana and smoked throughout the move, despite me clearly asking them not to because my apartment complex does not allow smoking. They took multiple smoke breaks, wasted time sitting around, and were only actively working for about three hours, yet they charged me for six.Their behavior was aggressive and hostilethey cursed at me, yelled, and created an unsafe environment. I had already paid a deposit through a link they sent, but when it came time to pay the balance, they falsely claimed the link no longer worked and tried to force me to give my credit card info over the phone. When I refused, they told me I would be charged for the time it took to go get cash, using intimidation and manipulation to try to access my payment details.They caused damage to several of my belongings and refused to properly complete the job. At the storage unit, they left my things at the entrance instead of taking them up the elevator, forcing me to move everything myself later.They also never provided a receipt or any proof of charges. I repeatedly asked for documentation or a breakdown of the fees, and they refused. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their business practices.Due to the aggression and coercive payment tactics, I felt unsafe and had to call the police. I now have an incident number on file.I am requesting that RMS be investigated by the BBB and held accountable. I would like a full refund for the excessive and undocumented charges, and a public record of this complaint to warn other consumers.Sincerely,******** **** P25165886
