    On 3/5/25, GreenDrop came to my residence and took my property - I found out that they were doing work for the **************** donations... My neighbor had scheduled a pick up for their own items, but GreenDrop came to my house and took my laundry off of my porch - it had been placed out for a laundry service. I contacted GreenDrop within 24hrs, and they have been rerouting me to other departments and are unable to assist. They won't provide me with the location where the items were dropped off and have essentially stolen my property. Horrible business practice, bad procedures and policies. I needed my items returned or will need to be compensated for their mistake

    On Friday 7th June at approximately 2-3pm a Green Drop Truck turning left on ************************************************, made a wide turn and hit the drivers side mirror of my 2023 Chevrolet traverse. It took me a week to finally get in contact with someone in the company and they promised to fix my mirror. However after months and me sending them 2 quotes from 2 different companies on estimates to Complete the work , they are refusing to fix it and are now ignoring my emails to them.I just want my car fixed. I have no dents scratches or anything on it and they are really taking advantage at this point

         We appreciate you reaching out to us.  After contacting GreenDrop management, we learned that your claim was handled and resolved by our TPA team on 8/6/24 and that you received a settlement check, which was cashed on 8/13/24.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
    A day after BBB sent them a letter they reached out to me finally to resolve the issue.
